Schedule Your Appointment
Please email Susan to book your Tarot Therapy reading and include the following: a few preferred dates and times and which Tarot Therapy service you have selected.
If you don't have a preferred date, Susan will let you know her next available appointment.
Susan is based in Chester, UK and offers readings online and at:

Confirming and Securing Your Booking
Upon agreeing on a date and time, a confirmation email requesting payment will be sent to you providing bank details and a payment link.
Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the payment link to secure your booking.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card.
Readings will not be conducted until payment is received.
Failure to pay within the 24-hour time frame may result in the slot being offered to another client.
Cancellation Policy
Susan kindly requests a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation in order to refund in full your payment.
If you cancel giving 24 hours notice, only 50% of your fees will be refunded.
If you cancel on the day, you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you do not show on the day of your reading, no refund will be issued and Susan will not book you again.
Reschedule Appointment
If you need to reschedule an appointment (48 hours prior to your session), your payment will be applied toward your next appointment.
Please note that Susan will limit the number of times the appointment can be rescheduled so please check your diary before rescheduling.
Refunds
Please be aware that Susan may not offer a refund under any circumstances upon the completion of your Tarot Therapy session.
Susan will communicate with you throughout the session to ensure you are engaged with the information provided.
If Susan cannot connect with you and the Tarot psychically within the first 10 minutes of your reading, your fees will be fully refunded on the same day.
